    We reached the milestone of 40 years on November 3rd.
    We are deeply grateful for this, as it was only possible thanks to the support of all of you who visited our store.

    It has been 40 years since my father opened his shop in the current location opposite Mr. Miyazaki.
    This year marks the 120th anniversary of my great-grandfather opening a restaurant in Aga, Kure City.
    I would like to take on new challenges while preserving the traditions handed down from my great-grandfather to future generations.

    Although it is a small thing,
